Ars Café & Bistrot was born in 2016 from the intuition of a young and passionate team. The project has been studied in every detail, in order to create a unique atmosphere, where the call to art is clearly felt. Located in the main street of the beautiful city of Pisa, Ars follows the philosophy of using local quality raw materials. Ars is the art of conviviality typical of ancient Rome, where we also met at the table to discuss art and culture.
Brunch
Every Saturday and Sunday from 10 onwards, you can enjoy a delicious à la carte brunch in our restaurant. Brunch is a mix between breakfast and lunch, sweet and savoury. A unique moment, to enjoy a slow and tasty awakening in the name of relaxation that only the weekend can give us.

Ars Lab
Ars Lab is our creative space. A room dedicated to private events, meetings and workshops.
Kiasmo is a company located in the heart of Salento. Their production is influenced by the Mediterranean culture. It has the aim of creating, through the research of materials, works that have a well-defined character. The partnership with Kiasmo was born by chance. We immediately discovered a great feeling between our realities, which led to the creation of the "bistrot" series of tiles, which combines our passion for cooking and the creative flair of the architect Vincenzo D'Alba.
Arsenal Cinema
Inaugurated in 1982, thanks to the commitment of a group of young cinephiles who decided to give life to a place where it was possible to project a type of cinema that is impossible to see in first-run theaters, thus it has become an important cultural reality. From Monday to Wednesday, those who show up at their cash desk with our receipt are entitled to reduced admission. With us, cinema-goers, showing their ticket, have a 10% discount.
A thousand-year-long tale of commerce and sailors, routes and shipwrecks, navigation and life on board and the history of the city of Pisa. 800 artefacts exhibited in 8 thematic sections in the halls and bays of the Medici Arsenals. Our customers, by showing the receipt of the restaurant dated on the same day, have the right to enter the museum with a 20% discount.
Terre di Pisa
Terre di Pisa is aimed at the promotion and enhancement of tourism in the Pisa area. Born on the initiative of the chamber of commerce in 2017, it aims to improve the quality of tourist services in the area.
